Even though we at Pikaluna strive to provide the customer with only the best, sometimes the request for a return or exchange can happen.

Summary:

  • The product must be unwashed, unworn, with all labels attached in the original packaging. The product must also be free of stains, hair, or any other damage.
  • The product you want to return must be sent to the company’s address: INVIO d.o.o., Trg komandanta Staneta 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
  • The package with the returned product must include the printed and completed form, which you can obtain here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSekamCBsZHkVE30Ak7Ym6IzqBUpS5FYh7hQkvUYBThPmIPj5A/viewform
  • If the form is not attached, the application cannot be considered.
  • Each complaint/exchange will be handled individually, within 14 days of receiving the refund.

We do not accept redemption packages.
