Your satisfaction matters to us. Sometimes a product simply does not fit, whether in size, cut or feel, and sometimes something may be wrong with it. In both cases we have made everything quick and worry-free. Below is a brief summary of the conditions, and the form then guides you step by step.

Return period: 25 calendar days from receipt, no reason required. A size exchange is not possible, so return the unsuitable item and place a new order.
Item condition: clean, undamaged and unused (inspected only as you would in a shop), with the original tags and, where possible, in the original packaging (Pikaluna bag).
Return address: send every parcel to Rovelto d.o.o., Ljubljanska cesta 45D, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenia.
Process: fill in the form, then send the parcel yourself or choose shipping via GLS (create and print the label right here in the form, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at a GLS parcel locker or pick-up point).
Return cost: shipping is not free, so you cover it yourself (choosing GLS deducts 7.50 € from the refund). Exception: when the error was on our side (wrong item or size), the return is free.
Refund: we return the payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, to the same payment method (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of postage).
Promotional purchases: orders placed with a benefit (a gift or free delivery) are subject to the additional conditions in art. 12.1 of the Terms of Business.
Complaint (fault or non-conformity): if the item is damaged or does not match the description, choose the complaint option in the form and attach photos. We handle the request in line with the Terms of Business (art. 16) and applicable law, and keep you informed of progress.

Important: refund of the purchase price

We refund the purchase price to the bank account below. Enter the account holder and number completely and correctly.

Please double-check your IBAN. Enter the IBAN in full and correctly. The account holder may be a different person than the buyer, so provide the name of the actual account holder. Correcting invalid details is an additional service: 4 € is deducted from the refund for each follow-up email required.

By law, we provide the refund free of charge. Supplying correct bank details is your responsibility. When details are incorrect, our team must manually review the rejected transfer, contact you, obtain corrected details, and repeat the process. The flat fee covers this additional administrative work. It does not relate to the refund itself, only to fixing errors in your details.

Important: If the IBAN is stated incorrectly and the transfer is nonetheless executed (to a valid but wrong account), we do not repeat the refund. The funds were transferred according to the details you provided, so verifying the IBAN is your responsibility.

Before submitting, please check that:

the IBAN is complete and free of extra spaces,
the holder name is the actual account holder (may not be the buyer),
the email and order number match the details on the invoice.

How will you return the package?

I will ship it myself You pack and send the parcel with a courier of your choice, at your own cost. We recommend a tracked service, because without proof of dispatch we cannot confirm receipt. Organised return via GLS Arrange the return through our GLS process. After you submit this request we direct you to GLS to create a label. The fee (7.50 €) is deducted from the refund; free of charge if the error is on our side.
