Even though at PikaLuna we strive to provide the customer with only the best, sometimes there may happen a request to refund the purchase price or exchange the product.
If you have ordered more than one product, please make sure that the product is returned in the correct bag, which states the name of the product you are returning. The name on the bag can be found next to the bar code.
In the event that the customer receives a gift with their purchase (e.g. upon reaching a certain order value or as part of a promotion) and subsequently withdraws from the contract and returns the entire order, they are also obliged to return the received gift.
If the customer does not return the gift, the seller reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift, based on its regular retail price, from the refunded amount.
Products can be returned by following the general conditions.
Summary:
— The product must be unwashed, unworn, with all labels attached in the original packaging. The product must also be free of stains, hair, or any other damage.
— The product you want to return must be sent to the company’s address: Rovelto d.o.o. Ljubljanska cesta 45d, 1241 Kamnik.
— We do not accept packages with redemption. The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
